Returns & Exchanges

At Kpopalbums, we strive to ensure your collection is perfect, but if you are not satisfied, you may return unopened and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that items with missing inclusions or broken seals are ineligible for return due to the collectible nature of the products.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number and a clear photo of the item's condition to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all posters, photocards, and pre-order benefits that were included in the initial shipment.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable carrier to our warehouse address, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items and confirms the seals are intact, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
